The bug was discovered 09/15/2017. The weakness was shared 09/22/2017 by Roberto Suggi Liverani (mr_me) with Offensive Security (Website). The advisory is available at success.trendmicro.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2017-14078 since 08/31/2017. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not available.
