In phpMyFAQ before 2.9.9, there is Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) in admin/news.php.
The bug was discovered 10/03/2017. The weakness was published 10/22/2017 (Website). The advisory is available at github.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2017-15732 since 10/21/2017. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim.
