The weakness was released 11/21/2013 by Mateusz Jurczyk and Gynvael Coldwind with Google Security Team as matroskadec: use correct compression parameters for current track CodecPrivate as confirmed git commit (GIT Repository). The advisory is available at git.libav.org. The public release was coordinated with the vendor. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit.
