The bug was discovered 08/04/2016. The weakness was published 02/28/2018 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at exchange.xforce.ibmcloud.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2016-0295 since 12/08/2015. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication. There are neither technical details nor an exploit publicly available.
