IBM X-Force ID: 111084.

The bug was discovered 03/31/2016. The weakness was released 03/09/2018 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at www-01.ibm.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2016-0276 since 12/08/2015. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. A single authentication is required for exploitation. There are neither technical details nor an exploit publicly available.
