A vulnerability was found in Apple macOS up to 10.12.4 (Operating System). It has been declared as critical. This vulnerability affects the function XGetConnectionPSN

An issue was discovered in certain Apple products. iOS before 10.3.2 is affected. macOS before 10.12.5 is affected. The issue involves the "SQLite" component. It allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (memory corruption and application crash) via a crafted web site.
The bug was discovered 05/30/2017. The weakness was shared 04/03/2018 with Zero Day Initiative (Website). The advisory is available at support.apple.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2017-7002 since 03/17/2017. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation.
