Affected is the function PolygonShape::shapePaddingBounds of the file rendering/shapes/PolygonShape.cpp. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a memory corruption vulnerability. The weakness was presented 11/14/2013 by Hans Muller as Tracking bug for internal security fixes for Chrome 32, Release 0 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is available at code.google.com. The public release was coordinated in cooperation with the vendor. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2013-6644 since 11/05/2013. The exploitability is told to be difficult. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication. Technical details and a public exploit are known. The structure of the vulnerability defines a possible price range of USD $5k-$25k at the moment (estimation calculated on 06/08/2021). It is expected to see the exploit prices for this product increasing in the near future.
