The bug was discovered 08/14/2018. The weakness was presented 08/14/2018 with University of Michigan (Website). The advisory is shared for download at intel.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2018-3615 since 12/27/2017. The attack needs to be approached locally. A single authentication is required for exploitation.
