A vulnerability was found in Soundtouch up to 2.0.0. It has been rated as critical. Affected by this issue is the function WavInFile::readHeaderBlock
of the file SoundStretch/WavFile.cpp. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a memory corruption vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-119. soundtouch version up to and including 2.0.0 contains a Buffer Overflow vulnerability in SoundStretch/WavFile.cpp:WavInFile::readHeaderBlock() that can result in arbitrary code execution. This attack appear to be exploitable via victim must open maliocius file in soundstretch utility.
