An issue was discovered in admincp.php in idreamsoft iCMS 7.0.11. When verifying CSRF_TOKEN, if CSRF_TOKEN does not exist, only the Referer header is validated, which can be bypassed via an admincp.php substring in this header.
The bug was discovered 08/10/2018. The weakness was presented 09/01/2018 (Website). The advisory is shared at github.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2018-16314 since 09/01/2018. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction. Technical details are known, but no exploit is available.
