The bug was discovered 10/25/2018. The weakness was disclosed 12/04/2018 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at blog.securityevaluators.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2018-12316 since 06/13/2018. The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. A authentication is necessary for exploitation. There are known technical details, but no exploit is available. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1202.
