Cross Site Scripting exists in InfoVista VistaPortal SE Version 5.1 (build 51029). The page "/VPortal/mgtconsole/Roles.jsp" has reflected XSS via the ConnPoolName parameter.

The bug was discovered 11/28/2018. The weakness was presented 12/17/2018 as not defined mailinglist post (Full-Disclosure). The advisory is available at seclists.org. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2018-19820 since 12/03/2018. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication.
