The web management interface on Zyxel P660 devices allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (reboot) via a flood of TCP SYN packets.
The weakness was presented 04/01/2014 by Alex French as VU#893726 as not defined vulnerability note (CERT.org). The advisory is available at kb.cert.org. The vendor was not involved in the coordination of the public release. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2013-3588 since 05/21/2013. The attack may be launched remotely.
