The bug was discovered 01/29/2019. The weakness was disclosed 02/19/2019 with Qihoo 360 Vulcan Team (Website). The advisory is available at chromereleases.googleblog.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2019-5771 since 01/09/2019. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not available.
