The "Forminator Contact Form, Poll & Quiz Builder" plugin before 1.6 for WordPress has XSS via a custom input field of a poll.

The bug was discovered 11/25/2018. The weakness was presented 03/04/2019. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2019-9567 since 03/04/2019. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. No form of authentication is needed for exploitation. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction. Technical details are unknown but a public exploit is available.
