RSA Authentication Manager versions prior to 8.4 P1 contain an Insecure Credential Management Vulnerability. A malicious Operations Console administrator may be able to obtain the value of a domain password that another Operations Console administrator had set previously and use it for attacks.

The bug was discovered 02/28/2019. The weakness was released 03/13/2019 as not defined mailinglist post (Full-Disclosure). The advisory is shared for download at seclists.org. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2019-3711 since 01/03/2019. The exploitation is known to be difficult. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploitation needs additional levels of successful authentication. There are neither technical details nor an exploit publicly available.
