The weakness was shared 12/22/1999 with Microsoft as MS99-060 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). The advisory is shared at microsoft.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2000-0036. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation.
