Search engine in Ultraseek 3.1 and 3.1.10 (aka Inktomi Search) allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service via a malformed URL.

The weakness was published 12/11/2000 by Ussr Labs as not defined posting (Bugtraq). The advisory is shared for download at marc.theaimsgroup.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2000-1019.
