The HTTP proxy for Symantec Enterprise Firewall (SEF) 7.0 allows proxy users to bypass pattern matching for blocked URLs via requests that are URL-encoded with escapes, Unicode, or UTF-8.

The weakness was published 03/26/2003 by Martin O'Neal with Corsaire (Website). The advisory is shared for download at securiteam.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2003-0106 since 02/26/2003.
