The AIM dissector in Ethereal 0.10.3 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (assert error) via unknown attack vectors.

This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2004-0505 since 06/01/2004. The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to launch the attack remotely.
