Multiple SQL injection vulnerabilities in Kayako eSupport 2.x allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the (1) subcat, (2) rate, (3) questiondetails, (4) ticketkey22, (5) email22 parameters to index.php, or (6) the e-mail field of the Forgot Key feature.
The weakness was published 12/31/2004 by James Bercegay with Gulftech (Website). The advisory is available at marc.theaimsgroup.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2004-1413 since 02/12/2005. The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit. This vulnerability is assigned to T1505 by the MITRE ATT&CK project.
