Multiple PHP remote file inclusion vulnerabilities in Sean Proctor PHP-Calendar before 0.10.1, as used in Commonwealth of Massachusetts Virtual Law Office (VLO) and other products, allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via a URL in the phpc_root_path parameter to (1) includes/calendar.php or (2) includes/setup.php.

The bug was discovered 10/21/2006. The weakness was published 12/31/2004 by xoron (Website). The advisory is shared for download at gulftech.org. This vulnerability was named CVE-2004-1423 since 02/12/2005. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Technical details and also a public exploit are known. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1059.
