The bug was discovered 03/16/2004. The weakness was disclosed 03/31/2004 by Nick Gudov with S-Quadra (Website). The advisory is available at secunia.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2004-1881 since 05/04/2005. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely.
