Multiple SQL injection vulnerabilities in Phorum 5.0.11 and earlier allow remote attackers to modify SQL statements via (1) the query string in read.php or (2) unknown vectors in file.php.

The weakness was released 10/24/2004 by Positive Technologies with Positive Technologies (Website). The advisory is available at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2004-2240 since 07/17/2005. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit. This vulnerability is assigned to T1505 by the MITRE ATT&CK project.
