The weakness was presented 12/31/2004 by Janek Vind with waraxe (Website). The advisory is shared at archives.neohapsis.com. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2004-2358 since 08/16/2005. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. No form of authentication is needed for exploitation.
