Multiple cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities in mod.php in eNdonesia 8.3 allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via (1) the mod parameter in a viewcat operation or (2) the query parameter in a search operation in the publisher module.

The weakness was disclosed 12/31/2004 by Bahaa Naamneh (Website). The advisory is available at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2004-2670 since 01/04/2007. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit. This vulnerability is assigned to T1059.007 by the MITRE ATT&CK project.

It is declared as highly functional. By approaching the search of inurl:mod.php it is possible to find vulnerable targets with Google Hacking.
