The bug was discovered 11/15/2004. The weakness was presented 12/31/2004 by Carsten Eiram (Website). The advisory is shared for download at osvdb.org. This vulnerability was named CVE-2004-2676 since 01/29/2007. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack needs to be approached locally.
