Multiple cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities in PhpBB Plus 1.52 and earlier allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the bsid parameter to (1) groupcp.php, (2) index.php, (3) portal.php, (4) viewforum.php, or (5) viewtopic.php, (6) the c parameter to index.php, or (7) the article parameter to portal.php.

The weakness was published 05/02/2005 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at xforce.iss.net. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2005-1113 since 04/16/2005. The attack may be launched remotely. No form of authentication is required for exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. There are known technical details, but no exploit is available. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1059.007.
