Avi Alkalay notify program, dated 19 Aug 2001, allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via shell metacharacters in the from parameter.

The bug was discovered 09/12/2005. The weakness was published 09/12/2005 by Sullo (Website). The advisory is available at vupen.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2005-3095 since 09/28/2005.
