SQL injection vulnerability in messages.php in PHP-Fusion allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the msg_view parameter, a different vulnerability than CVE-2005-3157 and CVE-2005-3158.
The bug was discovered 08/06/2005. The weakness was disclosed 08/06/2005 by aLMaSTeR HaCKeR (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at marc.info. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2005-3159 since 10/05/2005. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details of the vulnerability are known, but there is no available exploit. The attack technique deployed by this issue is T1505 according to MITRE ATT&CK.
