The bug was discovered 11/08/2005. The weakness was presented 11/16/2005 by Bernhard Mueller with SEC-CONSULT as not defined posting (Bugtraq). It is possible to read the advisory at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2005-3550 since 11/16/2005. The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. No form of authentication is needed for exploitation. Technical details of the vulnerability are known, but there is no available exploit. The attack technique deployed by this issue is T1006 according to MITRE ATT&CK.

It is declared as proof-of-concept. By approaching the search of inurl:admin.php it is possible to find vulnerable targets with Google Hacking.
