The weakness was disclosed 11/23/2005 by r0t (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at vupen.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2005-3834 since 11/26/2005. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction.
