PHP remote file inclusion vulnerability in (1) index.php and (2) admin/index.php in IPrimal Forums as of 20061105 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via a URL in the p parameter.
The weakness was shared 11/06/2006 by Bl0od3r and Gummiente (Website). The advisory is shared at archives.neohapsis.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2006-5788 since 11/07/2006. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. Technical details and also a public exploit are known. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1059 for this issue.
A public exploit has been developed in Perl and been published immediately after the advisory. It is possible to download the exploit at securityfocus.com. It is declared as proof-of-concept. By approaching the search of inurl:index.php it is possible to find vulnerable targets with Google Hacking.
