Unrestricted file upload vulnerability in the UpLoad feature (lib/plugin/UpLoad.php) in PhpWiki 1.3.11p1 allows remote attackers to upload arbitrary PHP files with a double extension, as demonstrated by .php.3, which is interpreted by Apache as being a valid PHP file.
The bug was discovered 04/08/2007. The weakness was disclosed 04/13/2007 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at sourceforge.net. This vulnerability was named CVE-2007-2025 since 04/13/2007. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely.
