A vulnerability was found in PHP up to 5.2.0 (Programming Language Software). It has been rated as problematic. This issue affects the function win_browse_file
in the library php_win32std.dll of the component win32std. The manipulation of the argument filename

Buffer overflow in php_win32std.dll in the win32std extension for PHP 5.2.0 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to execute arbitrary code via a long string in the filename argument to the win_browse_file function.
