The weakness was shared 11/13/2007 by L4teral (Website). The advisory is shared at autoindex.sourceforge.net. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2007-5983 since 11/14/2007. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction. Technical details as well as a public exploit are known. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1059.007 for this issue.
