This vulnerability was named CVE-2008-0346 since 01/17/2008. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Technical details are unknown but a public exploit is available. The current price for an exploit might be approx. USD $0-$5k (estimation calculated on 08/03/2019).
A public exploit has been developed in SQL. It is possible to download the exploit at securityfocus.com. It is declared as proof-of-concept.
