The bug was discovered 04/03/2008. The weakness was disclosed 04/07/2008 by Dyon Balding with Secunia Research (Website). The advisory is available at support.ca.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2008-1329 since 03/13/2008. The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not available. This vulnerability is assigned to T1068 by the MITRE ATT&CK project.
