Directory traversal vulnerability in index.php in BNCwi 1.04 and earlier allows remote attackers to include and execute arbitrary local files via a .. (dot dot) in the newlanguage parameter.

The weakness was shared 01/23/2009 (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at milw0rm.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2008-5948 since 01/23/2009. The exploitation appears to be easy.
