A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, was found in PC4Arb Pc4 Uploader up to 9.0. Affected is the function filter_sql
of the file code.php of the component Uploader. The manipulation of the argument id
with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. This is going to have an impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. CVE summarizes:
code.php in PC4Arb Pc4 Uploader 9.0 and earlier makes it easier for remote attackers to conduct SQL injection attacks via crafted keyword sequences that are removed from a filter in the id parameter in a banner action, as demonstrated via the "UNIunionON" string, which is collapsed into "UNION" by the filter_sql function.
