The bug was discovered 10/27/2002. The weakness was published 04/28/2003 by D4rkGr3y (Website). The advisory is available at dhgroup.org. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2002-1539. The attack may be launched remotely. No form of authentication is required for exploitation. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not available. This vulnerability is assigned to T1499 by the MITRE ATT&CK project.
