A vulnerability was found in telepark telepark.wiki 2.4.23 (Content Management System). It has been declared as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown code of the file getjs.php of the component slocal. The manipulation of the argument group
with an unknown input leads to a path traversal vulnerability. The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-22. The product uses external input to construct a pathname that is intended to identify a file or directory that is located underneath a restricted parent directory, but the product does not properly neutralize special elements within the pathname that can cause the pathname to resolve to a location that is outside of the restricted directory. Multiple directory traversal vulnerabilities in telepark.wiki 2.4.23 and earlier allow remote attackers to read arbitrary files via directory traversal sequences in the css parameter to (1) getjs.php and (2) getcsslocal.php; and include and execute arbitrary local files via the (3) group parameter to upload.php.
The weakness was shared 08/20/2009 (Website). The advisory is shared at blog.telepark.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2009-4088 since 11/27/2009. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. Technical details and also a public exploit are known. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1006 for this issue.
