The weakness was published 03/03/2010 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at xforce.iss.net. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2010-0921. The attack may be launched remotely. No form of authentication is required for exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. There are neither technical details nor an exploit publicly available.

The commercial vulnerability scanner Qualys is able to test this issue with plugin 74242 (IBM Lotus Domino Web Access Multiple Vulnerabilities).

Upgrading to version 229.261 eliminates this vulnerability.
