The Standard Remember method in TikiWiki CMS/Groupware 3.x before 3.5 allows remote attackers to bypass access restrictions related to "persistent login," probably due to the generation of predictable cookies based on the IP address and User agent in userslib.php.

The weakness was shared 03/05/2010 (Website). The advisory is shared at securityfocus.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2010-1136 since 03/26/2010. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details are known, but no exploit is available. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1068 for this issue.

By approaching the search of inurl:userslib.php it is possible to find vulnerable targets with Google Hacking.

Upgrading to version 3.0 eliminates this vulnerability. A possible mitigation has been published immediately after the disclosure of the vulnerability.
