This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2012-0528 since 01/11/2012. The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. A authentication is necessary for exploitation. Technical details are unknown but a public exploit is available.
After immediately, there has been an exploit disclosed. It is declared as proof-of-concept. The vulnerability was handled as a non-public zero-day exploit for at least 245 days. During that time the estimated underground price was around $5k-$25k.
