A vulnerability was found in HP System Management Homepage up to 6.3.1.24 (Network Management Software) and classified as critical. Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in HP System Management Homepage (SMH) 6.2.2.7 allows remote attackers to hijack the authentication of administrators for requests that create administrative accounts.
The weakness was presented 04/16/2012 by Sow Ching Shiong (Website) via Secunia. The advisory is shared for download at h20000.www2.hp.com.
