SQL injection vulnerability in the Airiny ABC (com_abc) component 1.1.7 for Joomla! allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the sectionid parameter in an abc action to index.php.

The weakness was presented 04/27/2010 by AntiSecurity with isec (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at exploit-db.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2010-1656 since 04/30/2010. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details as well as a public exploit are known. The attack technique deployed by this issue is T1505 according to MITRE ATT&CK.

A public exploit has been developed by AntiSecurity in Perl and been published immediately after the advisory. The exploit is available at securityfocus.com. It is declared as highly functional. By approaching the search of inurl:index.php it is possible to find vulnerable targets with Google Hacking.
