Multiple PHP remote file inclusion vulnerabilities in Seagull 0.6.7 allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via a URL in the includeFile parameter to (1) Config/Container.php and (2) HTML/QuickForm.php in fog/lib/pear/, the (3) driverpath parameter to fog/lib/pear/DB/NestedSet.php, and the (4) path parameter to fog/lib/pear/DB/NestedSet/Output.php.
The weakness was shared 08/30/2010 (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at exploit-db.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2010-3209 since 09/03/2010. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details as well as a public exploit are known. The attack technique deployed by this issue is T1059 according to MITRE ATT&CK.
A public exploit has been developed by FoX HaCkEr and been published immediately after the advisory. The exploit is available at exploit-db.com. It is declared as proof-of-concept. By approaching the search of inurl:fog/lib/pear/Config/Container.php it is possible to find vulnerable targets with Google Hacking.
