The issue has been introduced in 08/01/2004. The weakness was published 09/16/2010 (Website). The advisory is available at aix.software.ibm.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2010-3406. The exploitation appears to be easy. Local access is required to approach this attack. A single authentication is needed for exploitation. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not available.
