The weakness was shared 11/09/2010 with Microsoft (Website). The advisory is shared for download at us-cert.gov. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2010-3936 since 10/14/2010. The attack may be launched remotely. No form of authentication is required for exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim.
